Didn’t enjoy this tournament – the weather was good and the Rotherham hosts were as wonderful as ever, but I couldn’t get my head in the game. The most fun we had was sitting and chatting as a team, racing never really seemed to happen. The girls ran well but not brilliantly, but that’s about fair for the first outdoor of the season. The usually-fast Drax ground wasn’t playing either, too hard and therefore too slow for everyone, I think.<\/p>\n
Dylan ran his socks off though, I was very pleased with him. 11″ suits him, he was very flat and fast over the hurdles. A little shoddy on the box, but I have a nagging suspicion that’s down to the 11″ jumps as well, it changes his stride quite a lot.<\/p>\n
